My Rewards

​🧰‍ Getting Started

You will be able to configure the general settings and appearance from the Rewards > My Rewards page.
In here you will see that different versions have been pre-created for you, per Origin and per Communication Profile, allowing you to create a unique experience for players on different websites and different markets/languages!
Click on a version to start working on it. Then, you will be able to set general settings a such as:
  1. Making the version visible, if this setting is toggled off, players targeted by that communication profile won't be able to access Rewards on your website.
  2. Changing the display title, this is the name displayed at the top of your Rewards modal.
  3. Setting up Branding Settings.
  4. Toggling which features should be visible in that version, allowing you to enable/disable some features for specific Communication Profiles

If you hide your Rewards program for a Communication Profile, players belonging to that Communication Profile will not be able to access Rewards on your website.

​📄‍ Menu

The last tab will allow you to setup menu items, each menu item can be linked to page, such as a Calendar or anything else you can setup in Rewards.
Menu items will represent a tab in the Rewards modal on your website.

When creating a menu item, you can chose the following settings:
  1. Name: The text displayed for that tab.
  2. Order: The order used to display tabs, starting from 0 to display the first tab on the left.
  3. Page: Chose a page to link from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select Icon: Icon displayed next to the name in your Rewards.
For the initial launch of Rewards, you will be only able to set up two types of pages:
  1. ​Rewards and Bonuses: this will display all the Challenges in progress or Bonus claimed by the player viewing this tab.
  2. ​Calendars: You can assign a calendar to a page, allowing you to have different Calendars per Origin or Communication Profile.
🚧‍ In future releases, you should be able to setup different pages for Shops, Wheels, Jackpots and all the exiting features we have coming up! 🚧‍​

​✍‍ Translations

If you are targeting multiple markets, you might want to display the Rewards Program you've just set up in different languages.
You can simply enable the Rewards version for the Communication Profile you want to target, and edit:
  1. The Program name (Display title)
  2. Menu Item names
​🧠‍ Tip: To translate the content displayed when players see or claim a Reward, this can be configured when setting up Bonuses.

​🌎‍ Working with Origins

If you have the Origins solution enabled on Fast Track CRM, launching your Rewards program to multiple Origins can be done easily by making a version visible for each Origin you wish to target.
You can follow the same steps outlined in the article above to configure new versions.
