What are Trigger Types?
A Trigger Type is pretty much exactly what it sounds like, it defines what type of trigger is being set up.
When setting up a trigger you first need to define what Trigger Type it should be based on.
Below we will briefly talk you through the most commonly used Trigger Types for triggers used in FT CRM.

Triggers on payment events in real-time.
Example of Trigger:
- Failed deposits
🚪 Login
Triggers on player login in real-time.
Example of Trigger:
- Mobile logins
🤝 Registration
Triggers on player registration in real-time.
Example of Trigger:
- Any player registration
🕛 Time Event
Triggers on time-based events.
Example of Trigger:
- 12:00 UTC every Friday
💵 Balance Update
Triggers on real or bonus money balance updates in real-time.
Example of Trigger:
- Player balance below €5 (Balance less or equal €5)
🎰 Game Round (Casino)
Triggers on casino game rounds in real-time.
Example of Trigger:
- Bet on Gonzo's Quest Megaways
🛒 Cart Purchase (Lottery)
Trigger on cart purchases which can include multiple items in real-time.
Example of Trigger:
- Cart Purchase or more than €50
🎟 Lottery
Trigger when a lottery ticket is purchased or settled, in real-time.
Example of Triggers:
- Player purchased a lottery ticket on a particular lottery
- Player won an amount greater than €1,000 on lottery ABC
⚽ Sports Events
Triggers on a sports bet/win event in real-time.
Example of Trigger:
- Bet over €100 with total odds above 10.00
