Content Features
Classify the content in your Content Library for it to be matched with the right players.
📝 What are Content Features?
The Content Features allow you to classify your content so that the right content can be matched with the right players as a part of the 1:1 Experiences.
On the other side, we have the Player Features - which makes sure that we know what our players' preferences are.
Example:
Mrs. Smith loves Free Spins offers.
We can identify this through the Player Feature Preferred Offer Type that automatically will classify Mrs. Smith with Free Spins as her Preferred Offer Type.
Based on this information, that we know about Mrs. Smith, we want to make sure that she gets a Free Spins offer when we run with 1:1 Experiences for a campaign.
In order for that to happen, we need the content in our Content Library to be classified. This is the common language that's needed for a match to be made with the right content and the right player.
In this case, we need to have content (Action Groups) that are classified with Free Spins, so that a Free Spins offer can be sent to our dear Mrs. Smith when we run with our 1:1 Experiences campaign.
Content Features are based on Feature Types, just like Player Features. This is why Content Features and Player Features can be correlated with one another; Feature Types is the common language that links them together.

To stay relevant with your brand(s), we'll help make sure that you have the right Classification options available and tailored to your needs.
For example, if you don't have 'Push Notification' as a possible communication channel for your players, this option would be removed.
